Unauthorized balance transfer!

I requested a charge card online and that I set my balance transfer information on the applying I needed to move 8,500.00 from my uncover card., nicely I had been just provided a borrowing limit of just one, 000.00, therefore there is no method of moving that stability but rather of calling me first home bank went forward and transferred 850.00 without my permission first, and that I am not really the card-holder about the learn card so that they did not actually verify that first. After I named them to inform them-they created an error they explained there is nothing they are able to do about this!
