My wife had suggested that we sell our timeshare to offset some recent bills. She had a call from a company suggesting they could sell our timeshare cheaper and faster with a money back promise.

We sent a check for $99.00. Then several months went by and he called saying a company was buying a large block of units. For $495.00 (processing fee) we would have our sale completed at $16,100.

My wife called at 60 days and was rudely told it was 60 working days before our check was issued. At 75 days I finally got time to call. The office was closed, and sitting at the computer, Googled the number and got this site.

My wife is very upset. If there is justice, his can't come soon enough.
