RIPOFF Artists: Bill Elis, Bob Downing, and Charlene Washington stole $1799 from us!

On April 13 we received a contract from Timeshare solutions to advertise and sell our timeshare for a fee of $199. This fee was charged to my credit card and a copy of the agreement was sent to us by Bill Elis.

On May 15 I emailed the company to check on the progress. I receive a reply from Charlene Washington, office manager, they were on schedule but it takes about 6 to 7 months to sell.

On Sept. 19 I received a call from Bill Elis telling me that the company had sold our timeshare points to a large company in combination with some other peoples' points. However we would have to pay $1600 in closing costs. He said the process would take between 45-60 days. This amount was charged to my credit card through paypal Pro, a company used by Timeshare Solutions.

After waiting 45 days, I left a message on the company's answering machine. I received a call back from a Bob Downing (or Downey) in customer service. He was very rude and said that he was in charge now and that it would take until the end of the year for closing.

On Jan. 2 I call again and left a message. Bob called back on Jan. 3rd and said one of the parties had defaulted. I would take a little longer now. I haven't heard from these crooks since. They will not answer messages, emails and in fact when you call now all you get is a busy signal! Stop them please!!
