Ripped me off for a processing fee to sell my timeshare. Promised a refund if not sold

I signed a contract with Resort Sales Marketing Company which committed them to either conclude the sale of my timeshare by a certain date (30 working days following receipt of agreement) or refund my "processing fee." The deal was that the timeshare was essentially already sold (to a corporate entity) and processing would take 30 working days.

The company did not sell my timeshare, did not refund my money, would not return my calls, and now is apparently out of business. Neither the phone number nor the website is operable.

I dealt with two people - Bob Swain and Travis McLeod.
