Took my money but gave me no service, Bill Ficka very verbally abusive to me on phone!

Started service with Ficka & Associates in May; sent them $1800 for their services. We have yet to see any work done by Ficka & Associates.

For the last year now we have been trying to get return calls and updates on our account and have gone through a half a dozen different employees during this time in which done of them have been able to provide us with proof of work being done. (None of them are no longer employed there!)

They never return phone calls or emails and like to keep you on hold for up to 15 minutes at a time.

I finally demanded my money back today, April 9th and spoke with the owner Bill Ficka. This was the most disturbing conversation I have ever had with a company or person in my life!

This man, Bill Ficka, verbally abused me over the phone for about 10 minutes! I can't repeat everything he said, but it was unbelievable! He threatened me, cursed me, degraded me and I just listened flabergasted. I couldn't believe the owner of this company was talking to me this way. He refused to send me my money back.

All's I wanted was honest answers and proof of work that had been done in my case that they were claiming to have done. He finally said that he would forward paperwork to me by the end of the day showing proof of their work. I have yet to receive anything.

This man is BAD NEWS! Stay away from this company, they are total scammers! If this company were in the same state where we live, I would sure love to go meet this charming man in person and dare him to speak to me that way again.

I am still shaking from this phone call and it happened over 6 hours ago!

Please be aware of Ficka & Associates, USA Recovery. They just take your money and run. I truley feel sorry for anyone else who has suffered the way I have.
