Tom Streckfus Will Rip Off / Steal from Friends

In March I loaned Tom $300.00 on Monday, he promised to repay on Friday since I needed the money back right away to move.

Not only did he not repay the money, but he avoided my calls to collect and even attacked me when I went to his house to collect the money he owed.

He then filed a Protective Order with the Court because I was trying to collect my money. I had to file a Small Claims Action against him for the money, which I won, except he lied about the amount, so I was only awarded $200.00, plus court costs.

I've since contracted a Collection Agency to try & collect the money he owes, but he told them he didn't know who I was, even though I have a Judgment, and told the Agency he would be contacting me directly, which he hasn't.

It is now April and I still don't have my money, nor have I heard from him.

Understand, at the time I lent him the money, we were "supposedly" close friends.
