Scaming customers by not posting charges until the next day

I too have had many problems with BOA. First of all, for whoever is defending them you must work there because that is the worste bank EVER! Me and my husband are far from rich, we have 2 kids and both work lower income jobs, so there are times that we overdraft on accident but most are ones we are unexpectant of.

I finally figured out there scam, for those who watch your bank account closely (like myself) you will notice that they will post a check for the following day but apply it to charges for the previous day, ex. A check goes through on 4/8, you check your account on that day, you have money in there and no sign of the check yet, so you think maybe the check just hasn't went through, so after work you go ahead and use your card for some grocerys and gas and deposit the funds in on your way home. The next day (4/9) the check magically shows up like it's been there the whole time and then on top of it charges overdraft fees for EVERY ITEM PURCHASED are on the account, when contacted, after recieving no help I threatened to close my account and was told by the store manager "DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO!"

Another senario is that they will move transactions, once on a Saturday I did some charges and DEFINATELY had all funds available, in fact it showed as so, I then paid a bill on that Monday that was ten dollars over what I had available per an online charge I was unaware, and again by some magical account, the bill went through charging me 3 overdrafts for the purchases on Saturday instead of one for just that bill payment.

I truley HATE BANK OF AMERICA and previous to this I had Lorain National Bank out of Ohio and they didnt do a dirty business like BoA, they showed charges in order as they went through and on the date they went through! BoA is a thieving company that goes after people for charges, thats how they make their money.
