Harrasment and lies from Triad Financial

I was harrassed from the repossesion man when I had already established a payment arrangement with the company by phone. This man degraded me in front of my child and called me and my husband who wasn't there bad names also. We had to surrender this vehicle and they still haven't given us the final sale of the car and any paperwork concerning the status. Triad calls me almost everyday harrasing me and my husband to pay the same amount of the price I paid for the car from the beginning, lieing to us about the fact that we still have nothing in writting. We will never deal with these types of companies every again. It is better to pay cash for a car then go through all that hassle.
