This company is horrible! I had started tservice with them because I honestly taught that they would offer good value and treat their customers with respect, but was sadly disapointed.

The first warning sign is that they do not list their prices on website. You have to be a member and log in before the prices are known. The processing fee is $79 and their their is an additional $120 fee that is refundable within 30 days.

The $79 fee is to "secure your credit line" what do they need to secure? Their is no upfront cash in MY pocket. And then the activation paperwork arrived in the mail 7 days after the 30-day refund period had expired. I was not too worried cause I was gonna use the service, but when I finaly activated my service I foud grossly inflated prices. A laptop that retails for $900, sells on their site for $1,900, refurbished products sell for 2 - 3 times their NEW retail price.

Then there is the matter of the twice yearly membership fee of $99 that is charged about 2 months after you sign up for service and all in a single 30day period. Upon calling them them to cancel I was told that the membership fee cannot be refunded even though I never used the service and it was done in a way that made me feel likeif I was stupid enough to get caught in their scam then I should pay.

They did tell me that they would cancel the upcoming membership fee. But only after I said I will contact the better business bureau. The supervisor refused to cancel the membership fee that was processed already

Thecnically I don't have a legal case cause their fine print states all of this information in very confusing and unclear language but states it anyway.

Stay clear of this rip-off!!
