Countrywide Refuses To Help
Countrywide changing the agreement we were promised and raising the payments Van Nuys California

Help, very confused. My husband and I are having trouble right now with countrywide. Before we refinanced with them we were never late and never missed a payment. We had to refinance for financial reasons but we worked out a special forbarence plan, made the payments we were supposed to and now they are trying to raise our payments by 300 a month. How does that help us? After following THEIR instructions and doing what THEY told us to now they say we have see if you qualify for a rate modification. We are just a simple hardworking family trying to raise 3 children. We cant loose our home. We have done everything they neede us to do and they still cant give us an answer. We still dont know if we can keep our home after proving to them we can make regular payments. What we were told in dec. Is totally different than what they are saying now. HELP!!! I dont want to loose my house. After reading all of these complaints Im very nervous about this company!
