What a scam!

I had a adjustable loan. Asc acted as if they would modify it, i got the standard 2 months processing time speal. So for 2 months i paid 1200 more a month, at the end of 2 months i was told i did not qualify and had no other options, and that i could re apply in 2 months. I got my house refied the same week i got the letterfrom asc by residential acceptance out in utah. Im saving over 1300 a month from asc. I was approved in 3 days and closed with in 10. This is my point, if you are also trying to work out a modification with asc, dont waste your time on their 2 month delay, take advantage of the new fha loan guidelines. I am convinced that if they would not work a deal with me they wont with others. I make 6 figures and never missed a payment by a day. Find someone who does fha loans (funding pool) it seems the goverment is stepping up due to companies like asc.
