Teller had him sign 2 withdrawl slips while making a cash deposit. Later stole the money

We have had an account with wlls fargo I being the primary holder my roommate also on the account. This is only for a debit card and a savings account. My roommate ended up in the hospital so I used the checking account to write checks to pay bills.

When he came home and checked balance over $400.in checking, and $6000.in savings. He went and gave the teller the savings account number to withdrawl $3000. She took it from checking put us $2600. Over drawn when correcting the mistake she still didn't take the $3000. From savings instead the $2600. And our $400. From checking leaving our checking account and debit card account balance 0. Now we are getting overdraft fees. After learning it was 0 my roommate took $300. Cash from home this is when the signing of two slips and theft occured after depoisiting $300. We still had a zero balance. He thought I was spending or taking the money I knew he would never put cash in and immediatley with draw. Which is what the statement said. After closing out the account, almost losing friendship, over draft fees, bad checks, and there internal investigation they have mailed us a check for $300. When I went in to talk to the branch mangaer about this bounced check he yelled its none of your business. I cant check statements online because of closing the account I wonder just how much and how long they have been doing this.
