Received a card in mail oferring a credit card with a $4,500 limit with a yearly membership fee of $199.95, a code jso and a phone # 866-411-1092. Talked to a Amanda Peterson (sales rep) and enrolled Sept. 13.

When Oct 26 arived and havn't received anything I called the 866-411-1092 and followed a menu to #5 for a representive. I talked to a Leoni employe #339 and told her of the problem of not receiving my card in mail. I was then told that it was sent out on sept 26 and that it sometimes take up to 21 working days to arrive and to give it a few more days I did.

On Oct. 28th it still hasn't arrived so I called again and talked to this Leoni #339 and indicated to her that its not here and that I wanted my money back and don't want the card. She explained that refunds are applicable only if their program was misrespresented. I had no way of knowing if it was or not seeing I didn't have anything to go by. She wanted send a package again. I expressly told her I didn't want a resend of package, I dont want this now and I want my money back.

She told me she is not authorized to do a refund so I asked to talk to somebody who could authorize a refund and was turned over to Cynthia Dawkins (Supervisor) and went thru the story and she wanted to resend a package I addatmently said no I don't want a resend of package, I dont want this card and I want my money back. Back to misrepenting the program again. I informed that there is already a mireprentation in the length of time of mailing and that it's already past the 21 working days that was mentioned.

Cynthia told me to give her a couple days to check on the date of processing of first mailing and if past the 21 days she would authorize a refund. I called today Nov. 5th and talked to a Sol (all he would give me) and went thru the process again at which time he informed me that another package was processed and sent out on Oct. 28 and I would have to wait till I received it to go thru the process of a refund.

At this time it has become very clear that there is no refund possable with these people and they don't intend to refund any money to anybody under any terms. This lead me to here and to report this scam, ripoff. I am also going to extra length and start distribution of a e-mail on the net to expose these people so others won't get caught up in there scam.
