Very dissapointing a company that promotes themselves everywhere, has the old 'call back and cancel or get charged' game. After seeing 'FREE FREE FREE' all over the page, you don't notice the fine print, '7 day free trial, must call to cancel or be charged and no refunds are given'. So I inputed my credit card information, whilst it states 'you will not be billed for your free trial' politically correct lingo to misinform you, and on the 8th day, VOLA, a $14.95 charge appears on my bank statement. So you call the company immidiatly, just to have them tell you, 'well you should've read the fine print' and the same thing being said by a supervisor who tells me there is NO ONE else i can talk to about the situation, no one to email, no other managers, no fax numbers, nothing, she was head honcho apparently. My free trial ended 4 days ago, and even though there is no usage on the account, they wont even protate the unsued portion of my 'monthly subscription'. Very dissapointing from a multi million dollar company, customer satisfaction is worth much much more. At least 10 people hear of all unsatisfied customer complaints about a company, and company reputation is the only thing paying their paychecks.
