Kept important information, lied about the over draft fees etc

I went an open an checking account on Jan. 24 now the man i talk to name Carlos (not sure of his last name but I never forget a face) was very quick about information of opening an account with them. Now when i went negative $2.02 and $4.96 in one day they charge me two different overdraft fees one for $19.99 and the other for $35.00. Then he calls my job while am working to tell me about my account being negative and tells me each additional day that my account stays negative they charge $8.00. Now I am pissed, one he never told me about the account being charge $8.00 for each additional day it stays negative and then they say i can't close the account until its paid. I never had that problem with any other bank, when I go over they closed the account and we talk payment arrangemnets for what I owe. So now I refused to pay and the account keeps getting bigger and bigger and i don't care. I understand that it will be in my credit report but sooner or later they will have to close the account.
