Harrasment, Rude People, Bankruptcy

As like the report Cathy made on Green Tree, they have done exactly the same thing to me. I filed bankruptcy in 2001 and kept my home whom my mortgage is thru green treen. I reaffirmed my debt. Well according to them my lawyer sent in the paper work to late that they dcouldn't accept it, (which I know for a fact it wasn't late) so therefore my credit reports show my home as included in the bankrupcty $68,000.

I have continued to make my monthly payments yet it is never reflected on my credit report. My lawyer has sent them letters etc and they still won't correct my credit report. I have left several message for the bankruptcy dept to contact me, yet they never do! But if you are a day late they are calling you all hours of the day harrassing you, your family, calling you names, etc. These "so called" customer service reps that work for green tree are the rudest people you could ever meet! They have no respect for anyone. The first question they ask is " What is your intention with the home"?

Well if I am making payments then obviously I am living in it. This is by far the biggest RIP OFF mortage/financial company out there. To all who already have them (i know exactly what you all deal with monthly) My advise, Change your phone numbers and don't give it to them! To those who don't, thank god!
