President had a program to help homeowners lower their mort. My daughter has paper work that she was approved. Green Tree lost paper work. Danielle is married with 3 children. She will not receive a 1098 for the year of 2012. Green Tree did not put any of her money towards interest. They are telling her that she is late on her payments. Her credit is bad, she will have to pay more taxes without her 1098 for interest. Green Tree's does not care. Here is a family that works two jobs to pay their bills. They could loss their house over this. Something has to be done. This is not right. How many other families has this happen to.
