I wasn't aware that $149.95 was taking from my checking account, i applied for a loan and now it's hard to tell, who all has my account info!

I was balancing my check book and found that $149.95 was taking from my account. I called my bank to find out why this money was taking out. They said my statement showed USA CREDIT 1-800-685-9354!!

This I was not aware of and did not authorize for this money to be taking out of my account. I am very upset, this has now caused me to be negative $190.42 in my account. I applied for a couple payday loans. Online, Now it makes me wonder who all has my account info!!!
