USA Credit
This company took $149.95 out of my account, this money was for my rent!

I applied for a an online payday loan, to pay the remaining balance on my rent, when I went to get a money order from my bank for my bank, the teller advise me that my account has a balance of $0.05. I asked how could this be and she tells me that there has been a debit of $149.95 from my account from USA Credit. I have no idea who this company is.

My bank did allow me to file a dispute and when trying to contact the company the office was closed. I did not authorize this company to go into my checking account and get this money. If I applied for a payday loan, how do this company think I have enough money to apply for some frauduelent credit line. This company really needs to be investigated.

After reading all the other reports, how can this company still be in business and how can the Better Business Buearu allow this to continue to happen to people. I will be filing a report with the Better Business Buerau so that they are aware of this company. I will also be contacting the company and advising them they have 10 days to return my money or will be filing a suit against them.

This company needs to be shut down, so many families are trying to get funds to live and this company is taking advantage of them. How can the government allow this to continue to happen, USA Credit, give me my money back! Someone please help, I am desperate for my 149.95 back, this was my rent money!
