No Help, No Compassion, Just Give Me More Money Or I'll Foreclose You!

On the! St of Nov. We asked CW to restructure our loan because we were hit with a sub-prime. We were told to send in our documents, which we did. We would call everyday to find out the status, however we could never reach Jose, the person handling our case. Time was passing and we were getting worried, we kept calling leaving messages... When we finally got in touch with the work-out dept. We were told the newly structured loan was Fedexed out to us and we should be receiving it shortly.

We waited patiently, and never received anything. We then called another 800 # and reached someone by the name of Mark ID# 169486 who assured us that our loan would be put on the priority list. He also told us whoever set us up initially set us up wrong and that we shouldn't worry, everything would be straightened out. Mind you, we were now in Dec. And were now 3mos. Behind in our Mortgage. Yet, they kept telling us do not send anything until they re-structure the loan. Then in Jan. We called to check on the status and that's when they dropped the bomb on us. We didn't qualify for the restructure, we were denied, three letters were sent out, the three months due now, could not be absorbed, the only thing they could do for us is put us on a repayment plan. The repayment plan consisted of another thousand dollars on top of what were already having trouble paying. No matter what we said could'nt change their minds.

What kind of help is that? I called them up and tried to explain to them that they were not helping at all, but it fell on deaf ears. Now we are looking at a possible foreclosure!
