Amount on my account is changing without a reason, and I am going dipper overdraw, (I dont know how)

First day, I had $ 10.00 available balance on my account. I didnt use my card, and sudenly next day my balance was $ —$16.64. I send email to customer service, and ask them how is that possible. They answered me:

Subject: Checking, Savings, or CD Account

The items that brought your account to a negative balance were:

All this - $8.43 Quality Food Center and $6.06 listed currently only as Store #1077.&,
I payed BEFORE and after that, my AVAILABLE balance was $ 10.00
.

Then, I try to pay overdraw so I put around $ 256.00 on my account. Then I had on my account about $ 240.00.
First, that day around 11am, I bought lunch and spend 8.43. Around 5pm I went to the bank and get 200.00 from that account. My available balance after all this transaction was 40.00.
I didnt use my card after that.

Balance sheet is incorrect. First I payed 8.43, then I took 200.00.
So why my sheet look like this???

So now, I own -$73.43 and probably OVERDRAFT ITEM FEE. How much is that fee, I will see today.

Can anyone please answer me, where is my mistake and what are my option, except to close my account. (I will deffenatly do that today)
