Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent business

I received a yellow postcard in the mail saying my credit had not been activated. When I called the number on the card, a lady took info from me like my bank account and a check number for a needed "activation fee" of $199.95.

She said I was automatically signed for free trials of other things which could be cancelled at any time. The money was deposited from my account as agreed but I have received no credit card and I am unable to contact them by phone as before.
