Sam's Club credit department called on a Sunday to talk to my wife about her credit card bill, which has been paid. Slow prossessing Myrtle Beach

Sam's Club called on a Sunday morning at 9:05am, to talk to my wife about a credit card payment. Even though the credit card payment had been made a week before, the person on the other end tried to start with me.

I then informed him that it was illegal for them to call on a Sunday, he said that was only telemarketing. I then told him I would pull the phone records and report Sam's Club to the proper officals, that in fact, Sam's Club was in violation of the law.

At that point, the person became nice, but I am still going to file a complaint with Horry County Telephone Co-op.
