Ripoff

PC One Club said they would give me a credit card with a $5,000 limit with a deposit of $349. This was in October. I have been trying to get a refund ever since then. The date right now is 4/25/06. Now I have come to find out that PC One Club is out of business. If anyone knows of any lawsuits against them I would like some information
