Househould Automotive PLEASE HELP ME!

This letter is a formal request to have an item added to my credit file. Household Automotive has not reported the Car Loan (500001355262) for a Nissan Maxima 2003 model since the beginning of our contract on (8/10/03.) I have contacted Household's Legal Department on several occasions in regards to this matter.

Household Automotive has not been reported on my credit since 2003. I have contacted Household on several occasions in regards to this matter. The fist time I notified Household Automotive about this situation was during 2004. Their response to my inquiry was with a letter where they admitted to be at fault and reassured me that the item would be added to my credit report
Since then the item as you can see on my file has not been added or updated.in return they have been sending duplicate letters that indicated that matter will be resolved.

During the course of this month I have spoken with Household several times to have this mater investigated. The compliant had to be escalated to a manager since the front line at Household Automotive just kept saying repeatedly the item was added to your credit report and sending the same letter they have been mailing for the last three years.
The manager I spoke with promised to send a letter to me stating that this loan will be reported on my credit within 10 business days.

The absence of this account on my report has affected me tremendously. The entire situation has been very stressful and very time consuming due to an error of no fault of my own. It has affected my overall credit score, it has portrait an image of my financial status that is inaccurate and therefore keeping me from obtaining new credit.
