Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

On September 28, I wrote a check for $49 to People's Credit First. It is now October 25 and have heard nothing. I started getting a very bad feeling in the pit of my stomach, so I checked to see why I have heard nothing from these people? Surprise!
Since there are so many people this company has preyed upon, I highly recommend that we all put our heads together and file a Class Action Law Suit. It's the only way they are going to get what they deserve. Any suggestions?
By the way, I take full responsibility for having bad credit and believing in this company that is not the "real deal". My deepest compassion goes out to you all you got "duped" just like I did.
