Today, 3/23 I had a withdraw from my bank account for $149.95 from USA Credit, whom I've never heard of it. When I contacted them they claimed I signed up and authorized for this service I again have never heard of. What was told to me from the very rude representative is that the way the get people to sign up is while you're filling out your information for a payday advance a pop-up of theirs comes on your screen. If you click decline, thinking you're just getting rid of the annoying pop-up, what actually happens is you are declining a premium service from them but signing up for their company at the same time. They then copy all of your bank information from the payroll site and charge you and you never even know what hits you. This practice has to be illegal. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and urge you all to do the same to protect people from this. I have linked the FTC to this site as well as others to alert them of the thousands of complaints. This company preys on people who are obviously desperate in the first place to be on a payroll advance. There should be a class-action lawsuit against this company. Please file a complaint with the FTC.
