Harrassment abuse & mistreatment

We was late on a couple of payments, they called all family members. One agent cussed at myself and my husband. The man seemed drunk. They act like the mafia or something, and even talked to my children the same. My top of the line fleetwood mobile home has leaked since day one, we have pine straw hanging in the master bedroom where the two connect. Went thru the insurance company, who wanted me to say it was tree damage, which it was not. Told is the home was not put together correctly. Could not get it in writting, insurance company is with conseco finance. Warped walls and cielings, waiting on the mold to kill us.
