Ripoff specialist I cannot begin to tell the horror stories that I have experienced

I cannot begin to tell the horror stories that I have experienced with Fairbanks. But this latest is the worst. I am current on all my mortgage payments. My attorney sends me a letter on 9/24 informing me that Fairbanks is foreclosing on my home due to none payment since April. I freaked! I went to Fairbanks website, and there were all my payments posted except for the September payment which I mailed two weeks prior. I downloaded and sent to my attorny. He phoned to tell me everything was straigtened out.

On October 14, I recieved a letter from Fairbanks stating that I am two months behind and they are foreclosing on my home! I immediately called them and the customer service rep informed me that my payment was sent to an attorney in Philadelphia. I asked why it takes so long to post payment, his answer... Once the payment is recieved, they wait 10-14 days to post, thus making it appear as tho you are late.! I am seeking legal action against this company and want to take them down... I vow that I will.
