They called and said we havent made any payments since august on our mortgage so i called them to tell them the dates and times i made the payments and how i made the payments they found some of the money but not all dec 07 and jan08 were not found i said i have the proof so i faxed them the proof 3 different times they then said it was incufficient funds (3 months later by the way) so i got my bank on the phone my bank told them not only were the funds wired they were recieved by them then on another phone call they they said the funds were reversed well you guessed it there not in my account and my bank said there was no reverse. Then they said there was a stop payment you guessed it again i did not issue a stop payment can somebody please tell me what the hell is going on with this place seems like there trying to force me into foreclosure HELP!!! Class action count me in
