Almost killed in car accident only to be victimized by bank while recooping

My daughter was recently in a bad rollover car accident with her 1 year old daughter. The baby was taken to a childrens hospital and my daughter had to be life flighted by helicopter to the trauma center downtown. While she was laid up over the next few months, she lost her job and had to allow her car to be repossesed. She had a rental car for a short time while her car was being repaired which the body shop said they would cover the cost of. To make a long story short, the body shop did not pay the rental company and the rental company went straight to her bank account at wachovia where she only had about 28.00. And pulled $300. Out of her account which she obviously didnt have. Wachovia not only gave them the money and put her account in the negative, they also charged her 300.. More dollars in fees. Here she is a single mother of 2 children with a broken back and no job and they took complete advantage of her! I dont think a bank could be more heartless than that!!
