Beware! Wachovia is at it again, ripping customers off with insane nsf fees

Wachovia bank is at it again ripping people off with their insane banking methods, and i nsf fees. There policy off taking out the highest amount first no matter how they clear the banks policy is stupid they claim that the wachovia customers voted to have it that way, but were was I when we suppossedly voted. But that is beside the point because I had enough money in my account to cover all the checks that I had written and they charged me with numerous and extremelly high nsf fees, and I tried to get them to prove to me that I was over drawn and they can't do it. I have all of my receipts and deposit slips showing that I am right. But they do not seem to care they said that I owed it any way. So I have been paying on it each week when I get my paycheck and a bank employee told me that as long as I paid on It each week they would not add any more fees unless something else cleared my account which has not happened. I went up to the bank to pay on it and they told me that they had closed my account and since it was in the negative they had charged me with 40.00 more dollars in nsf fees.in all i Have just handed wachovia over 200.00 I do not reccomend that anyone use wachovia bank they will get you to. When i tried to close the account out myself they said that i could not until the account had a zero balance.
