Ripoff, thieves, unfair, worst bank ever

Wachovia Bank is the worst bank in the world. This bank is nothing but a ripoff. I had enough money to cover all 3 of my transactions UNTIL the bank charged me 2.00 for using a non Wachovia ATM.

Well first of all I opened my account in Florida where there were hundreds of ATM's but now I live in Mississippi where hurricane Katrina made landfall. There are no Atm's in my town. I could go a few towns over but what for. Nevertheless, I had 3 seperate purchases. Like always Wachovia put all three transactions on hold.

Then a few days later they charged me the 2. Oo fee for using a non Wachovia Atm. Well now my account was 70 cents short to cover my 3 seperate transactions. Guess what they did. They charged me 3 overdraft charges of 30.00 each. That is one fee for each of my transactions.

I asked them why they did this they said i had insufficient funds. YEAH because of THEIR fee. Then I tried to reason with them and asked why didn't they just charge me one fee for the third transaction that was short the 70 cents. They said they don't do it that way. They said they add up ALL transactions total and if it is short even one cent, WHAMMO NSF. How unfair is that.

So basically I paid over 90.00 dollars for being 70 cents short due to their fee. They refused to refund my money because they said it was not a bank error. What a bunch of crap
