Privacy Matters 123
2 yrs dues taken from my bank acct, but cannot access any info or even call them! Anza California

Business & Finance

I joined this company over two years ago @ 14.95 per month to protect my credit from ID theft, etc. And to give me access at any time to my 3 credit bureau reports and credit score information. Now they take 17.95 from my account every month. I have tried several times to access the web page recently, but Windows does not recognize the address. I tried calling both 800 numbers to get help, but all I get is a recorded message. The scariest part of all this is that I can't seem to cancel the auto debit either! The bank tells me to call the company to get them to cancel, but I cannot seem to reach them. Any suggestions?
