Berating Me On My Cell, Screaming at me

I received a call on my cell from "unknown". It was NCO-Diversified. I told them that I am on disability for spinal stenosis, Fibromyalgia, and PTSD caused by a bad car accident. The male person was screaming at me and said "People like you are the reason my daughter won't be able to get a loan for college". This type of betlittling and berating went on for at least 15 minutes before it occurred to me to simply hang up on him. I was so upset that I immediately changed my phone number.
