I was at work today and got a call from someone at Diversified threatening me garnishment on a student loan from a company that I've never had a student loan with. I've only gone through one company for my student loans and this wasn't it. If there is a lawyer out there that wants to file a class action suit against these ripoff artist, let me know. This is BS with what these people are trying to pull.
