Unauthorized charges

I have been charged another month for a product I did not order or authorize charging to my account (69.95). I spoke to someone and was assured the order was cancelled and here again is the charge. I even returned the product -refusing delivery. I cancelled any future orders. I have also placed a complaint on bad business web site.
