Predatory lender-refuses to help thier customers in foreclosure

A year ago my husband was in a near fatal car accident. Before that we were always on time with our mortgage. My husband was out of work for 6-7 months, with three quarters of our income gone. We had nothing. We went from an anuual income of 90K a year to 29K a year literally over night.

They refused to help us, they added on extra money, just like a predatory lender. We have never really gotton on our feet. We are still struggling. We asked them several times if they could lower the payment and they refused.
Our fico score dropped some due to the nature of the situation. Saxon took an app from us like they were going to help us, but did nothing. And they still wont do anything.

Where is the help from the Divison of Banks or the Federal Government. All the other banks are helping thier customers, why in the hell has Saxon been made to do so, they are the biggest predatory lender out there. Whos getting paid off and allowing Saxon to get away with what they are doing, this is not fair. They are worst than Predatory, they discriminate againast the less fortunate.
