Credit card fraud and derelict customer service

For months I have attempted to satisfy my credit card account with Chase Card services to no avail. At some point in time. For whatever reason that Chase cannot provide, I have been assessed excessive finance charges that currently amount to $87.82 even though I remit the FULL sum total of my purchases each month. I have an exemplary credit rating and am concerned that this company can/will affect my good financial status.

In an effort to remedy this situation in the most expeditious manner, I have at least twice contacted customer service. Each experience was a lesson in futility and frustration. When I requested from the representative a name and contact information for an upper management person in a position of authority to whom I could address the issue, I was told they had no such information. I could talk to a "supervisor" or write to "correspondence", but that would only elicit more of the same rhetoric.

I need your help. At the very least, I hope you can provide direction for how to fight these arbitrary charges that threaten to destroy my credit history. I am unwilling to pay for purchases/services that I never received given that I routinely pay the FULL amount of my charged purchases each month. I want the $87.82 charge REMOVED from my account.

Please advise as soon as possible; each month aggravates the already egregious situation.
