I am 40 years old I am Disabled with two disabled children, Wilshire playing games with us

I bought my house in we have been with Wilshire since 2005. I have a rare digestive disorder that requires me to be fed by a tube. My twins are autistic. I wanted a nice home for my children. I used to be an RN and made a very comfortable living. I still have my license and may work again but am faced with more surgery.

My wife and I have been fighting over money I recently missed one month payment to Wilshire. I called them and explained the situation to them. They sent me a financial statement and told me to get paystubs from my wife and bank account notices, expenses and income, I have done so three times. They claim that they have no such information on file.

I faxed it and sent it Certified Mail and by Fed Ex all on the same day the third time none of the forms reached them? I have signatures from them. I told my wife that they are calling each day and are telling us we are in default. I refuse to let this company get me sicker. Upon finishing my surgery if this matter is still not resolved as I am willing to make ammends with my tax return. Wilshire can have the house. Good luck selling it or getting anyone to take it in auction. It was on the market for one year-no takers despite $50,000 worth of work done to the house. Life is too short I will find an Apartment that takes dogs and bring my family, try to collect, fine a disabled man with disabled children that would look good in the press
