Interest rates not right

L have been banking with bb&t for 15 years, A lot of my friends have switched from bb&t, for excess charges, on every thing they do. They have a no tolerance attitude. If you account ls. 05 cents off. They love to charge you with a big fee.

My trouble started when l wanted to buy a burial plot from church. L had the money. Transfered for my credit card to my checking account. No problem.

My statesment a month later had a 20 percent charge, for the transfer money. L called and got nowhere. With bb&t. Their policy on transfers always gets a higher rate. This high rate will remain as long as you use the card.

They also charged me with a $21.00 fee when i transfed the money. L will be closing this account shortly. Jim hickory. N.C.
