Dishonest illegal questionable company preying on small business'

The people tell you something completly diffrent when they call you, to say yes, to the offer. They also clamied that there was a 30 day free membership. They verified my account info and charged my account for the $1 trial fee. Then they took $150 out of my account 14 days after they took the $1. Obviously I called and cancelled the account. When I called it took over 10 min for someone to answer the phone and then I got called a bad name and hung up on. Every other time I have called it is ofcourse the same amount or more time and they will just hang up on you. Then finally got to speak to someone that said that they would reverse the charge with a written complaint. Well I sent it right after via fax and took all the info to the post office sent it all back certified mail. They claim the didn't recieve it (but it was signed for a month before). I finally talked to someone again and said it would be mailed out on Jan 18 and still they haven't sent it.

This company is a complete scam. Please be warned the have no integrity and the customer service people they "trained" are ignorant and rude at best.
