Ripoff applied online and received a letter of acceptance but nothing else

I applied online. Then i recieved a letter stating that i have a $5000 limit platinum visa credit card. The letter asked me to send a one time fee of $49.00, so i went and got a money order from QT. I still have the receipt and letter, also the letter
if i have been frauded. Then i want my money back
