Ripoff business from hell

This is a sad but very true story, I was sitting at home wondering how i was going to make it threw the summer with my children and all of my bills pilling up. I called the state for assistance and they couldnt help me because i make a little over minimum wage. And then a phone call came threw for a credit card and at first i thought it was a rip-off and it was to good to be true $5000 is a lot of money and i needed it at the time, but i didnt have the money so the girl me told she could hold the account but only for two months and if i still couldnt afford it i could call back and cancel the card and all she needed was my account number and like a fool i gave it to her.

I had just enough money in the bank for my bills and things and after a few weeks checks was comming back cancelled I called the bank to see why my checks was no good i know i had the money in the bank and they told me that first capital took the money i called first capital and told them the problem and that i wanted my money back and they told me they couldnt do that because my card is on the way well that was in April and it is now October and i still havent recieved my card and now my account is closed because i could not pay the money back what am i going to do know.
