Ripoff deceptive company dirty ripoff liars

I to have been dealing with this company for a couple of years. They purchased my contract from Central Ohio Credit. There has been several times I have experienced problems with them. They falsely report my balance to credit reporting agencies and harrass, and talk crazy to me. I have dealt with Mr Martinez who will not call you back. Is there any way we can get a class action suit against this company? Something needs to be done about this. Especially the way the economy is going no one has money to waste or give away to these crooks.
