Scam and cheating!

In March of Chase Bank mistakenly documented the consideration I'd reduced six months earlier towards the credit companies to be charged-off because of bankruptcy. I've never filed bankruptcy. After many months of arguing the credit history and Pursuit denials, they ultimately decided they had created an error and connected another personis bankruptcy to my bill. They stated they'd publish a Common Update towards the three-credit reporting companies, but they couldn't "drive them to get rid of the info". Because of the break of delicate individual information Pursuit later decided to purchase twelve months credit-monitoring on my account. I tested my credit history in 2007 and also the damaging data was no further showing and my credit score was in low 800s. Today in January I had been seeking to refinance my house and unearthed that the poor info continues to be resubmitted towards the credit companies and my credit score has become high 600s.
