Com Harrassing me for money, No address, No contact information, threatning me

Last year I was looking for a loan and came across cashnminutes.com. I filed for a loan looking to see how much I was eligible for even entered my bank account info so they can check to see if I was legit. About a couple of weeks later I noticed a withdrawal made from my account for $66.00 even under early Pay Day. I had no clue who they where or what the debit was for. I did a history on my account and noticed that 150 dollars was deposited into my account by a company called early pay day which I had never heard of. I then realized that for some strange reason that cashnminutes.com site approved me for a loan which I had no clue that I was approved for! I recieved no confirmation email or nothing! Anyways I decided since I recieved it I should pay it off. They kept taking out 66 dollars every two weeks for a year. I finally said enough is enough. How much do I have to pay them? I had no way of finding them or contacting them to see what is going on.

I decided it was time to change my bank account which was the only way this would stop. About a month later I recieve a call from 512-340-0745 a man claiming to be a Brian Walters threatning me with a warrant and that I owe them money for that 150 dollar loan. He explained to me that I applied for a loan from cashnmintues.com which I dont remember. I only recall putting an application to see if I qualified and for how much. I never signed a contract or anything. I figured something was wrong immediately when they said they were putting out a warrant on me because thats not how it works. I asked for their address so I can find out more about their company and told me not to bother. He told me to send them a wire money gram for an amount of 350 to LTN and I told them I will not pay you nothing because you have been ripping me off for the past year and you refuse to give me the info that I requested from you. So for the last 2-3 months I get nasty calls from this guy with that same number 512-340-0745, (512) 340-0890, (512) 340-0493. Sometimes the calls are even withheld. He calls my employer embarrassing me and has even called up a friend of mine which I had put down as a reference humiliating me.

Is their anything I can do to stop this guy?
