This Company is a FRAUD Austin

Back in May I applied for a loan at www.cashnminutes.com, never heard anything back form them if it was approved or not. Next thing you know they deposited $150 into my checking account. They were going to take out of my account $66 every two weeks until the full $150 $50 (charge) = $200 was paid off. Well I had some little problems with my bank and I closed my account and was planning to contact this company to see how can I pay them back. Several emails were sent out and never got a response and I couldn't call them because there's no phone # listed only an email address. Well by the end of September I get a phone call from a Mr. Watson @ LPA harrassing me that he had put a warrant for my arrest for not paying and I told him that I emailed the company and never got a response back. Now my loan was for $150 and he's tellig me that now I owe them $550. I asked for something in writing first and he declined. Well I ended up sending them an initial pymt of $100 and a month later another one for $75. Now, I finally opened my eyes and called the FTC and told them what's going on so they told me that this company is a Fraud/Scam and that by law they cannot harrass anyone by phone, and also they have to issue a summons first before making any arrest. A Rich Frankling called my employer 2 months ago and told a co-worker that I had a warrant for my arrest and all my personal problems which to me this is not professional, even the person who I spoke to at the FTC told me that if I had recorded any conversations harrassing me that I can sue them. Just an hour ago Mr. Frankling just called me again to my job harrassing me again that some police officers were coming to pick me up at 3:30pm for non-payment. I told him that no more payments are being made until I get something in writting he told me that he was going to email me everything and its going on 2hrs and haven't received anything, which means that there's nothing on file. As of today I'm contacting the media and an Attorney to help me investigate this company. Let's all get together and investigate them. Now its our turn to harrass them.
