Ripoff class action lawsuit read this

Recently, CCB has been taken to court by Allec, et al. Someone has finally sued these people. I haven't had a great history with them myself, but have paid my bills on time, and they haven't really messed up too much. One thing that did happen, though, is that I once went over my limit, and they continued to bill me the late fee for three months, and that is being looked into by an attorney. While others may not be residents of Florida, I hold residency there, and the Florida Attorney General works for it's citizens first, then for out-stater's second. Be assured that I will include the information I have read here with the documentation that I provide to my attorney.
