Chase Credit Cards
Annual charge billed for card never received, then fees added

Had a Chase credit card for years. No balance due. Card expired. They did not send a new card. Months later I get a bill with their new "minimum annual charge". I ignore it because I assume I have no card since I never received or activated a new card. Now they are adding interest and late fees to THEIR charge. Each month bill is growing. They won't cancel charges.
